Description

SOLICITATION CANCELLED Full Title: Residential Refuse, Recyclable Materials, Yard Trim, and Scrap Metal/e-Waste Collection Services in Service Area 6 Duration: 5 years Montgomery County Code provides that only the County or its contract agent may collect solid waste from any single-family dwelling unit within the solid waste collection and disposal district. Executive Regulation 47-93 creates subdistricts within the solid waste collection and disposal district and prescribes procedures and requirements for authorizing independent contractor collection of solid waste. It is the intent of Montgomery County, Maryland to contract with a qualified offeror to collect and transport refuse and recyclable materials as defined in the attached Exclusive Residential Collection Service Agreement in Service Area 6.
