Description | Sanitary Sewer (Gravity), Paving (Asphalt or Concrete), Construction, Retaining Walls, Sidewalks/Curbs/Gutters, Sewer and Water Construction, Traffic Control, Grade and Surface, Water/Wastewater Infrastructure, Grubbing & Clearing, Paving (Highway, Road or Street) The project consists of constructing aggregate roads and certain water and sewer main extensions for portions of Northern Ave, N. Main St, Sedgwick St, and Eastern Drive in the Bentwood Addition. Pre-Qualification: Yes In general the project consists of improvements as follows: 1. Water Distribution System. 2. Water distribution system appurtenances will include water line, connect to existing water system, fire hydrant assembly, water service assemblies, gate valve assembly, misc. fittings, and bedding material. 3. Sanitary Sewer Collection System. 4. Sanitary sewer collection system appurtenances will include sewer pipe, connect to existing sanitary sewer, manholes, sewer services, and bedding material. 5. Street Construction. 6. Street construction appurtenances will include hot mix asphalt, patching, curb and gutter, common excavation, compaction of earthwork, concrete pavement, aggregate base, and geosynthetic reinforcement. 7. Adobe sound wall and appurtenances. 8. Cobblestone sound wall and appurtenances. A BIDDER requiring clarification or interpretation of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS shall make a written request to the ENGINEER, John Riggins at jriggins@kirkham.com. The OWNER or ENGINEER must receive the written request a minimum of two (2) calendar days prior to the date of the bid opening. |
