Rolling Hills Park Renovation

It is the intent of this contract is to provide the City of Allen with the services required to construct Rolling Hills Park. scope of work and plans for Rolling Hill to identify the locations of certain project elements to be included demo of existing park elements, street closure, and expansion of the park to the south lot. Park elements include playground, pavilion, arbor, above and below ground drainage, sport courts, site furnishings, fencing, hardscape, parking, landscaping, irrigation, etc.

Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
