Bethel-Tulpehocken Public Library Construction Project

As of March 31 2023 this project is in construction. The project is reconstruction of the existing library and construction of additional building areas, including associated plumbing and electrical work. The bid results will be posted on electronically shortly thereafter. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashiers check, trust company treasurers check, or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 8/5/2022 3:00 PM Pursuant to Act 89, the prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry shall apply to the bid work. Bethel Township hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects, or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion.
