Construction of Individual and Community Sanitation Facilities

Site Directions: Location of individual sites will be located throughout the Standing Rock Reservation, North and South Dakota. Est. Completion Date: Dec. 31, 2024 The Standing Rock Sioux Tribe will accept bids from qualified contractors for the construction of individual and community water and sewer facilities at scattered sites on the Standing Rock Reservation, Sioux County, North Dakota and Corson County, South Dakota. The scope of work includes furnishing, on a requirements basis, all labor, equipment and materials for the construction individual and community facilities to serve individual home sites. Estimated quantities have been entered into the bid schedule but due to the differing site conditions throughout the reservation the quantities will change based on the need of each location. The contract price shall not exceed $800,000 per year or $1.6 million for the term. There is no guarantee of a minimum amount of work, but it is estimated to be $400,000 per year. The total contract price will not be increased without prior authorization from the Owner via the change order process. The contract term will extend to December 31, 2024. A copy of a valid Contractor's license for the state in which the work resides or Certification of Renewal thereof issued and registration of Indian owned firm from TERO shall be supplied at the time of bidding and enclosed in the required Bidder's Bond envelope. In the evaluation of the bids, the Owner may, within funding limitations, give preference up to the amount of 5% above the lowest total bid, to qualified Indian owned firms. 6.01 Pre-Bid Conference will not be held for this work. Failure to visit the Site and obtain a general feeling for the location of the described work will not relieve the Contractor from the requirement to furnish all materials and perform all jobs necessary to complete the Work in strict compliance with the Contract Documents.
