The project limits are bordered on the south by the NS Rail Yard Viaduct and Mueller Ave to the north. The project limits extend approximately 500 feet along Faries Parkway west of Brush College Road and approximately 3,000 feet east along Faries Partway east of Brush College Road. The approximate latitude and longitude of the project are 39.963340 N, 88.898067 W. The net length and gross length are 5,855.36 feet.
