Description

Provide labor, material, equipment, and supervision to scrape, glaze, replace broken window panes, repair rotten trim, and paint the exterior of the Charlottesville Circuit Court building located at 315 East High Stree 1. The contractor shall scrape and remove all loose paint and window glazing. 2. Replace all cracked and broken window panes. 3. Glaze windows back using an appropriate weather resistant window glazing. 4. Replace rotten trim ( only one spot in the soffit trim work noticed at this time) (Custom trim will have to be milled to match existing) 5. Caulk with an appropriate weather and mold resistant caulk. (Any areas where needed) 6. Prime all bare wood areas to ensure proper bonding, to prevent future peeling. 7. Paint two coats of Duration paint. Color to be White. 8. Clean up all areas of paint chips, trash, debris, and paint splatters.
