Description

The project scope includes the new construction of 50 to 60 townhomes on 6.7 acres. As of January 17, 2023 the project is in planning stage and seeking to acquire the property from the City of Tavares. The City Council voted to begin sale negotiations on January 19, 2022. Information regarding the architect, general contractor and method of selection has not been disclosed. The construction timeline has not been determined, but is not expected to begin before the fourth quarter of 2023.
