Country Club Subdivision Sidewalk Improvements

A. The Project includes sidewalk improvements in the Country Club Subdivision for approximately 5,000 linear feet along the western Right-of-Way of Hays Drive, along the northern Right-of-Way of Mayfair Circle to Country Club Drive, along the western Right-of-Way on Club Road from Mayfair Circle to W 25th Street, and along the eastern Right-of-Way on Bradshaw Drive from Mayfair Circle to W 25th Street. The Work includes new sidewalk, new driveway aprons, curb and gutter, curb ramps, and painted pavement markings. B. Furnish all materials, equipment, tools, and labor which is reasonably and properly inferable and necessary for the proper completion of the Work, whether specifically indicated in the Contract Documents or not. C. All fees and permits for the permanent construction that are required by controlling agencies or authorities, including fees for the review of Contract Documents prior to construction, will be procured by the Owner. Other licenses or permits for construction facilities of a temporary nature that are necessary for the prosecution of the work shall be secured and paid for by the Contractor. D. Repair, replace, or otherwise settle with the Owner, if damage to property or existing facilities occurs, including damage to pavements, utilities, lawns, structures, etc. E. Construct the Project under a single unit contract.
