Murphy VAMC South, TX South Texas Veterans Health Care System (STVHCS), 7400 Merton Minter San Antonio TX 78229 has identified the need to upgrade several areas of the PTRP building for the PACER program. The Contractor shall provide all necessary demolition, materials, construction, and supervision to upgrade the PTRP building located at the Audie L. Murphy VAMC PTRP campus 4949 Gus Eckert Road, San Antonio, TX 78240 per the provided Specifications and Drawings. This is a "Competitive" requirement Set Aside 100% Service Disabled-Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Magnitude of the Construction Project: Between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 236220. Pre-Bid Site Visit shall be held on July 5, 2022 @ 10:00am CST. All interested Contactors shall meet at PTRP building located at 4949 Gus Eckert Road, San Antonio, TX 78240. All Contractors attending the Pre-Bid Site Visit must go through COVID Screening to enter the facility. Please ensure Early arrival to the facility to allow enough time to go through screening. The contractor shall be required to provide demolition, materials, construction, and supervision to upgrade several areas of the PTRP building for the PACER program. The project includes, but not limited to replacing windows, adding French doors, creating a new doorway opening, relocating washers & dryers' connections and building a new wrap around porch in the rear of the building in accordance with the SOW, Drawings and Specifications.
