| Description | The Port of Houston Authority (PHA) is seeking the services of a professional consulting firm with expertise in providing inspection services for the manufacturing, assembly, erection, testing and commissioning of three (3) super post-panamax dockside electric container cranes. The Port of Houston Authority has developed container crane specifications for implementation by the container crane manufacturer. Inspection services are required to ensure that contract requirements for specification compliance are met. The cranes will be manufactured, assembled, erected, tested, and shipped from an overseas location with final start-up, testing and commissioning at the Port of Houston Authority’s Bayport Container Terminal. Access to the Bayport Container Terminal is from SH 146 East on Port Road, Seabrook, TX. |
