Reference Number 0000320219 Bid Intent Not Available Question Acceptance Deadline 06/07/2023 04:30 PM EDT Questions are submitted online Yes The City of Knoxville is requesting submissions of proposals from responsible firms to provide and install two new underground fuel tanks, including removal of the current tanks and a concrete pad with crash posts and power. The City of Knoxville's Fiscal Year 2023 goal is to conduct 4.3% of its business with minority-owned businesses, 10.3% of its business with woman-owned businesses, and 34.8% with small businesses. The following data is intended to form the basis for submission of proposals to provide and install two (2) underground fuel storage tanks for the City of Knoxville. 4.2. This material contains general conditions for the procurement process, the scope of service requested, contract requirements, instructions for submissions of proposals, and submission forms that must be included in the proposal. The RFP should be read in its entirety before preparing the proposal. 4.3. All materials submitted pursuant to this RFP shall become the property of the City of Knoxville Any inquiries, suggestions or requests concerning interpretation, clarification or additional information pertaining to the RFP shall be made in writing and be in the hands of Karisa Scott, Procurement Specialist, by the close of the business day on June 7, 2023. The City of Knoxville is not responsible for oral interpretations given by any City employee, representative, or others. The issuance of written addenda is the only official method whereby interpretation, clarification, or additional information can be given. Submitting organizations are strongly encouraged to view this website often to see if addenda are posted.
