Miami Beach owns twenty-nine storage tanks associated with fueling and generator facilities within the public right-of-way and city-owned properties. Storage tanks are regulated by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), and Miami-Dade County (MDC) Division of Environmental Resources Management (DERM). The annual budget for this project to be $70,000.00. The estimated expenditure for the contract's initial term (three years) is $210,000.
