The purpose of this ITQ is to request fixed unit prices for the purchase and delivery of epoxy coated pipe and fittings, on an as-needed basis, in accordance with the specifications contained in this document. City departments may, but are not required to, utilize the results of this ITQ to acquire the referenced service. Award of ITQ does not grant the successful proposer(s) exclusive rights or any guarantee of work to provide the services.
