Replacement of Fire Station Bay Doors

Replacing bay doors and installing manual generator transfer switches at Fire Stations #19, #70, #84 and #100. the installation of a manual generator transfer switch and the removal of the existing apparatus bay doors and installing new four-fold apparatus bay doors at the fire vehicle entrances for various City of Miramar Fire Stations 19, 70, 84 & 100. Contractor shall provide all labor and material to remove existing and install new door and door motors and provide all electrical connections as required for a complete operating and fully functional system. Contractor shall carefully review the existing conditions prior to bidding on this project and include in the bid the relocation of any existing sign letters, equipment, light fixtures, piping conduit, etc. that are in the way of the new doors (exterior or interior). All other building elements and equipment are existing and to remain. The Contractor shall protect the structure and all its components during construction. The Contractor shall repair, patch and repaint all interior and exterior finishes damaged by typical construction and restore the facility to its original condition
