Description

Interested Design/Build Teams (DB Team) to submit a written Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for performing design/build services relating to the design and construction of a Welding Program building on the Bullhead City Campus in Bullhead City, AZ. The College requires this Welding building to be 35 Ft.by 65 Ft. (2,275 square feet) and will include Welding Trainer stations and combined classroom/program space. The project will include a 35 Ft. x 22 Ft. building to building steel awning on the south end of the building for outside welding/work area and storage. NO landscaping and NO parking lot are needed with this project.
