Description | 1 1 Each Total Centerline Length Of 58’ – 6” Of a 13’ – 11” Span x 9’ – 5” Rise (With Metal Thickness Of 0.150” AluminumStructural Plate Pipe Arch With Fully Welded To a 40’ – 6” Wide x 14’ – 0” High (With a 0.200” Metal Thickness) Aluminum Structural Plate Inlet Headwall And a 40’ – 6” Wide x 14’ – 10” High (With a 0.200” Metal Thickness) Aluminum Structural Plate Outlet Headwall. Aluminum Structural Plate Arch Is To Have Two (2) Each Internal Trapezoidal Baffle Walls Per Attached Drawing (On Page 12 Of This Document). Includes One (1) Roll Of Tx Geogrid, All Headwall Cap, Wall Support Members And Tieback Rods With Deadman Anchor Plates. Supplier To Assemble Structure And Headwalls In Final Designed Location And Elevation Within One (1) Working Day On Site. Design For Surcharge Both The Inlet And Outlet Side Of The Pipe. Please Reference Attached Drawing. All Structure Materials And Incidentals Shall Be Designed And Fabricated To Meet/Exceed Aashto Material Requirements For Aluminum Box Culvert. Load And Resistance Factor Design (Lrfd) Hl-93 Loading And Nc Department Of Transportation Standard Specifications. The Headwalls Shall Be Designed For Surcharge. Fill Heights Over Structure • Minimum Cover Over Culvert = 3’- 0” • Maximum Cover Over Culvert = 10’- 0” |
