Asphalt Emulsion with Asphalt Distributor, Operator and Associated Products

On behalf of the Board of Curry County Commissioners and pursuant to and in compliance with the NM State Procurement Code, Curry County hereby invites competitive sealed bids for delivering and/or the application of asphalt materials throughout Curry County for use by the Curry County Road Department. Award shall be based on the lowest responsible bid prices which meet specifications and deliverable requirements. The Board of Curry County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any technicalities and to accept the bid(s) which in its judgment is most advantageous to the County. Multiple bids may be awarded to achieve the lowest cost to the County. A pre-bid conference is not scheduled. Written questions/request submitted to any other Department or contact will not be considered.
