Lee's Summit Municipal Airport Hangar 2 - City of Lees Summit

This project is the construction of a additional new 40,000 SF box hangar to be constructed as part of the new development of the terminal area on the east side of Runway 18-36 for the purpose of storing aircraft. The budget includes 20,000 SF of office space (two story 10,000 SF each). 10,000 SF will be dedicated for terminal space with the remaining available for rent. This project is in included in the City of Lees Summit FY 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of JUly 22, 20224, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
