Pickleball Courts-Bear Creek Regional Park

Provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the design and construction of pickleball courts at Bear Creek Regional Park (“Project”). The successful firm shall provide the services outlined herein and as depicted in other County specifications. The services (“Work”) requested in this Request for Proposals (RFP) include project management and coordination, preliminary and final design, permitting and environmental clearances, and construction of the pickleball courts. The project consists of installing twelve (12) to fourteen (14) pickleball courts. The courts shall be constructed in approximately the same location as the four tennis courts that have been removed by the County, but the footprint may be slightly adjusted to accommodate the new pickleball court layout. The successful contractor will be responsible for project survey to ensure the courts are constructed at the proper elevation and location. Contractor will also be responsible for any necessary earthwork/grading and compaction to meet proper court construction.
