| Description | This invitation is to establish a Price Agreement Asphalt Concrete Hot Laid In-Place, SP-III & SP-IV placed, compacted and finished for The New Mexoco Department of Transportation; District 1. The term of this price agreement is for a period of one (1) year from date of award with an option to extend for a period of one (1) year by mutual agreement of all parties and the approval of the State Purchasing Agent at the same prices, terms and conditions.
