Hoosick, NY VTRY(47) - Clean and Paint or Galvanize Portions of Superstructure; Abutment and Wingwall Rehabilitation; Ballast Deck Rehabilitation and Associated Track Work. Hoosick, NY VTRY(48) - Superstructure Replacement, Substructure Rehabilitation, Seat Replacement Backwall Replacement, Install Approach Slabs and Roadway Reconstruction. Contract Completion Date: This Contract shall be completed on or before October 15, 2024. Bid Bond: Electronic bid bond to be submitted in the amount of 5% of the Contractors bid. Engineers Estimate: For this proposal the Engineers Estimate is Category E. Prequalification of Contractors: All bidders on this project must hold both current annual Prequalification with the Vermont Agency of Transportation through the Contractors Experience Questionnaire and Financial Statement and unconditioned project-specific approval through the Standard Form - Request for Proposal CA-82 form. The work to be performed under this Contract shall be in accordance with the 2018 Standard Specifications for Construction, as modified. Non-collusion Affidavit: All bidders will be required to execute a sworn statement, certifying that the bidder has not, either directly or indirectly, entered into any agreement, participated in any collusion, or otherwise taken any action in restraint of free competitive bidding in connection with this Contract.
