Description

This project has two components: (1) interior renovations to Concord high school and (2) elementary site and playground renovations. Renovations in the high school consist primarily of new casework and aluminum glazed openings. There are some other minor architectural modifications and new finishes. The elementary sitework includes removal and replacement of asphalt parking lots and concrete pavement, as well as playground improvements. SPECIFICATION # 0000232 Driesenga & Associates, Inc. Envelopes are to be clearly marked with project name and number and bid package name and number. If contractors are bidding more than one bid package, the bids must be submitted in separate envelopes. Bids received after specified date and time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
