Purchase of Fertilizers and Herbicides for one year beginning August 24, 2020. The contract may be renewed, under the same terms and conditions, for four (4) additional oneyear periods. Contractor may increase prices for the renewal for future renewal period(s). The price increase and or decrease shall be based upon the percent change in the Consumer Price Index (CPI).
