All questions with answers will be forwarded to all known plan holders Engineer: INFRASTRUCTURE CONSULTING & ENGINEERING, LLC (ICE): Project Manager, Dennis Garber, 481 Garlington Road Suite L, Greenville, SC 29615 Substantial Completion: Project will be completed and ready for final inspection on June 30, 2023 Questions: All questions, requests, and correspondence shall be addressed to the Project Manager, Dennis Garber and submitted by November 22, 2022. All questions concerning the Bid Documents shall be in writing and submitted via email. Bid Bond/Security: Required at 5% of the bid amount Performance Bond: Required at 100% of the bid amount Payment Bond: Required at 100% of the bid amount DBE Participation: Encouraged at 3% or greater
