Description

The purpose of this bid is to purchase wireless lighting control system components. The City expects to make an initial purchase of the quantities listed below. The City shall reserve the right to purchase additional quantities of the bid items at the same pricing from the awarded bidder for a period of 180 days after bid award. The City requires Cooper Lighting Solutions products for this bid. For reasons of standardization and compatibility, no other brands will be considered. Only the catalog numbers listed below will be accepted. Bids for any other manufacturer/brand/model will be rejected. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination to the City’s facility, which will be designated at the time of order placement. Bid price shall be inclusive of all freight, shipping, handling, and any other charges. No additional charges or fees shall apply. Full factory warranty, programming, and operational training for City personnel shall be included with the total bid price. Note: This bid is for the purchase of the lighting components only. Installation of items is not included.
