Description | A/E team to provide full design services for the Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at University of Utah Health has partnered with Ronald McDonald House Charities to construct a Family Room adjacent to the existing NICU on Level 2 of Building 525. The Family Room will consist of approximately 1900 square feet providing a home-like environment for families and children being treated at University of Utah Hospital. Construction of the Family Room will result in displacement of a few functions. Planned relocations will be adjacent to the Family Room adding approximately 2100 square feet. Architectural and Engineering services as outlined in the standard University Design Agreement attached to this RFP. Engineering services to be included are as follows: Structural, Mechanical and Electrical. All work will comply with University and DFCM Design Standards in addition to current building codes. |
