Scope: The project includes annual basis by operation firms to operate and maintain the Hall County Sewer System including the 750,000 gallon per day Spout Springs Water Reclamation Facility, 21 Off Site Pump Stations, 153,276 linear feet of force main, 344,498 linear feet of gravity sewer, 22,611 linear feet of reuse main and approximately 4,000 customers.
