Description Furnish and assume full responsibility for all labor, material, construction equipment and machinery, transportation, tools, appliances, fuel, power, light, telephone, water, sanitary facilities, temporary facilities and all other facilities and incidentals necessary to perform the improvements at City of West Palm Beach Lift Station 74 and 75. Lift Station 74 is located at the intersection of Congress Ave. and Chillingsworth Dr. at 215 S. The station has an above ground enclosure, above ground pumps, above ground valves, and a fence that will be removed. New submersible pumps, above ground valves, electric control panel, fence, hedge, irrigation, water service with meter and hose bib, and concrete pad will be installed. The existing wetwell will be cleaned, lined, and used. Lift Station 75 is located at 410 Executive Center Drive within the median. The station has an existing wetwell and drywell that will be abandoned and replaced with a new wetwell, valve vault, new valves, and control panel. A new manhole, PVC gravity sewer, concrete pad, guardrail shall be installed.
