Description | The Town of Rowley Parks & Recreation Committee hereby requests competitive quotes for Field Maintenance services for up to three service periods beginning on April 19, 2023 and ending on November 30, 2025. The term of this quote will include an initial service period in 2023 followed by two optional service periods in each of 2024 and 2025, which may be elected by the Board of Selectmen upon recommendation from the Rowley Parks & Recreation Committee in its sole discretion as described herein. The term of this Agreement shall be for the Initial Period from April 19, 2023 through November 30, 2023. At the sole option of the Board of Selectmen upon recommendation from the Town of Rowley Parks & Recreation Committee, the term of the Agreement may be extended to include the Optional Second Period from April 13, 2024 through November 30, 2024 and the Optional Third Period from April 13, 2025 through November 30, 2025. The Town of Rowley Board of Selectmen upon recommendation from the Parks & Recreation Committee may, at its sole option, extend the term of the Agreement beyond the Initial Period by giving written notice to the Contractor no less than sixty days prior to April 13, 2024, the date of commencement of the Optional Second Period, that it is electing to extend the term of the Agreement to include the Optional Second Period. Thereafter, the Town of Rowley Board of Selectmen upon recommendation from the Parks & Recreation Committee may, at its sole option, extend the term of this Agreement beyond the Optional Second Period by giving written notice to the Contractor no less than sixty days prior to April 13, 2025, the date of commencement of the Optional Third Period, that it is electing to extend the term of the Agreement to include the Optional Third Period. In any case, the total term of the Agreement shall not extend beyond November 30, 2025. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. |
