| Description | 1. Demolish the existing 765kV power circuit breaker 7308, 7308 CT stand, and all associated appurtenances (please reference specifications and drawing set for full details). 2. Demolish the existing foundations for the 765kV power circuit breaker 7308. 3. The Contractor shall excavate for and install foundations for the 765kV power circuit breaker 7308. 4. Install new cable trench, covers, bends, fittings, intersections, and accessories in the 765kV yard as shown on the drawings. 5. Installation of 765kV power circuit breaker 7308 and various associated equipment. 6. Installation of new 480V Panelboards. 7. The Contractor shall purchase and install conduit, low voltage cables, control cables, fiber optic cables, fittings, connectors, etc. as shown on the drawings. New control cables shall be installed entirely back to the control building. 8. Connect the new equipment to the existing ground grid as shown on the construction drawings. New grounding connections shall be visually inspected by NYPA inspectors for CADWELD integrity. |
