Southern Water Pollution Control Facility (SWPCF) Digester Cleaning

Labor, Equipment and Materials Required to Remove and Dispose of Residuals and to Clean Primary Digester No. 2 (PD-2) at the Southern Water Pollution Control Facility (SWPCF). All bidders are strongly encouraged to obtain samples from the digester for testing to determine the precise % Total Solids by Weight of the contents to be removed. This sampling will only be allowed to occur on the day of the pre-bid and site conference.
