Description

The demolition portion of the Work includes, but is not limited to, demolition of existing air handler unit and ductwork. The new portion of the air handler unit replacement Work includes, but is not limited to, installation of new air handler unit, reconnecting steam and chilled water piping, upgrading the structural, and upgrading the electrical work associated AHU-1. The new portion of the energy recovery upgrade Work includes, but is not limited to, installation of new heat recovery plenums (HRP), glycol pumped piping loop, upgrading the structural, and upgrading the electrical work associated the energy recovery loop. All equipment, materials, labor, and services necessary for the installation of the system shall be furnished.
