MHS Area and Manor Circle Water Line Replacements

The work will consist of construction of 8-inch water line and 2-in water line, including all necessary appurtenances. The purpose of the project is to replace existing 2-inch galvanized water lines along: Elm Street, South Maple Street, Sycamore Lane, Sharpe Street, North Sycamore Street, Evergreen Street, Rankin Street, and Manor Circle. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum or unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. A qualified interpreter for the hearing impaired is available upon request at least 10 (ten) days in advance of the bid opening date. Bids may be held by the Town of Mooresville for a period not to exceed ninety one (91) days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing bids and investigating qualifications of bidders. The Town also reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive informalities or technicalities as it may deem to be in its best interest.
