Description

Consultants will provide Electrical Engineering and design services working with Architect/Engineer (A/E) teams, Contractors, District and Jacobs Program Management Staff. Basic Services consist of all services necessary to complete the work; (Electrical design to include all low voltage, technology and AV systems) an Architect shall lead the detailed development of the basic scope of work for each project planned. Electrical firms are responsible for design and engineering services in concert with the selected Architect for the following: 1. Planning. 2. Schematic Design. 3. Design Development. 4. Construction Documents. 5. Bidding and Negotiation Phase. 6. Construction Administration. 7. Participation in Commissioning, Closeout and Warranty Phases.
