| Description | Provide all material and equipment for installation of one new roof mounted electric cooling/gas heating package unit which includes the following: 1. Contractor must provide all labor, materials and any needed rental equipment to remove and dispose of the existing roof top unit and curb. The existing unit is listed below: York Model DH180N24A2AAA2A Serial #NLMM122233 Rooftop Package Unit (RTU). 2. Contractor must provide an alternate price for inclusion of cleaning of supply and return duct attached to this unit, including supply and return grilles. See Section 23 01 30.41 – HVAC System Cleaning. 3. Contractor must provide and install: (1) One roof top 15 ton electric cooling/gas heating package unit as indicated in the Specification. |
