Description

As of September 28, 2023 this project has been abandoned. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Village of Indiantown, Florida ("the Village") is seeking sealed qualifications from experienced individual firms (hereafter referred to as "Prospective Companies" or "Companies") who have experience or specialize in the design and engineering of Village Halls, City Halls or Government Buildings, and who are willing to enter into a Contract with the Village of Indiantown, Florida to provide professional Architectural and Engineering Services for the design and construction of a new Village Hall Building. The services will include, but are not limited to: programming, design, construction administration, project close-out and assistance with obtaining bank financing for this project and selecting a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) to construct the new Village Hall for the Village of Indiantown. Village of Indiantown : 15516 SW Osceola St Ste B Indiantown , Florida , 34956-3430 All questions shall be submitted in writing to Susan A.
