| Description | 1. Remove existing Edwards Fire Alarm system and provide new system throughout building. 2. Install New Fire Alarm system in accordance with Fulton County Guide Specifications. 3. Duct detectors to be provided for all existing HVAC units that are required per code. 4. Contractor shall test to verify HVAC unit shut down (during alarm) and smoke damper operations (during alarm). ALC controls is to be included for HVAC unit shutdown. 5. Patch all surfaces where existing devices are removed. 6. Touch up of existing paint as required to match adjacent finishes. |
