| Description | General Contractor / Handyman Services for office sites located in thirteen (13) counties in Region 06 area as needed and requested by HHSC. Counties to be serviced are as follows: Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery, Waller, Walker, Brazoria, Matagorda, Galveston, Liberty, Colorado, Wharton, Austin and Chambers. GC/Handyman Services include but not limited to; Installation and repair services, minor building repairs, minor furniture repairs, glass repair, painting, general plumbing repairs and/or installation, general HVAC repairs and/or installation and general electrical repairs and/or installation. Contractor must be licensed by the State of Texas for Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical. Services shall include qualified labor, parts, supervision, supplies, equipment and travel required to provide the scheduled services. |
