Gym HVAC Renovation for Sullivan Elementary school

*As of 9/16/2021 All bids were rejected, the project is on hold until further notice. Information as to bidding instructions and requirements for procuring bidding documents may be obtained from the Architect. Not less than the prevailing hourly wage rates, as determined by the State of Missouri, Division of Labor Standards, shalt be paid all workers employed on this project. The Board of Education reserves the night to waive technicalities, to selact any contractor filing a proposal, and to reject any or all bids. A. Furnish all labor, material, services and related items necessary to complete the natural gas piping work indicated on the drawings and/or specified herein. Work to be performed shall include, but not be limited to, the following items: 1. Installation of all natural gas piping including connections to all equipment. 2. Connections to the utilities gas meter including all utility service requirements. B. Contractor shall arrange with the gas company to extend a natural gas service to the site at the location shown. The cost of this natural gas service shall be included in this contractor's bid.
