The intersection of Margie Drive and Osigian Boulevard serves as access to a number of professional offices providing fiscal, legal, and medical services. There are also residential neighborhoods and educational institutions in close proximity to the intersection. To help reduce congestion and delay, improve intersection safety, and maintain corridor aesthetics, the City desires to install a roundabout at the intersection of Margie Drive and Osigian Boulevard.
