Description

San Francisco Public Works seeks to retain the services of qualified Consultants and/or joint venture firms to provide Professional Architecture and Engineering Planning and Design Services for Health Facilities and related services on an as-needed basis. the selected Consultant, including its team of subconsultants, will support the Building Design and Construction Division of Public Works. Projects may include, but no be limited to, healthcare facilities under the jurisdiction of the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development, such as acute care hospital facilities, clinics, and other City-owned facilities. The City intends to award up to four master agreements with a not to exceed value of $2,000,000. Each master agreement will have a five year term with Contact Service Orders or tasks issued the the first three years only.
