| Description | The project is a Road Bond Paving consisting of reconstruction, Full Depth Reclamation (FDR), milling & paving of 1.5 and 2 thickness and 1 thin lift asphalt overlay for streets within the Northeast Area. All streets shown on the plans are in the City of Palm Bay Public Right of Way. Construction shall include all incidentals items for work to be performed as per the construction plans which identifies reconstruction, FDR, milling and paving, thin lift paving, any utility adjustments, sidewalk connections, three asphalt speed humps and ADA additions, temporary striping and final thermoplastic striping and pay quantities provided in each of the bid documents. The selected contractor shall furnish and install all construction work identified on the plans per the specifications identified herein.
