Description

1. Provide labor, equipment and disposal for the removal of plaster ceiling systems located on the 2nd floor, (4) rooms and hallway (3,520 SF). There are no hazardous materials. 2. Provide furniture protection as needed. 3. Provide floor protection. 4. Remove and salvage 2’ X 4’ ceiling tiles for re-use. 5. Re-install lay-in acoustical ceiling as needed (client to provide materials if necessary). 6. Work area(s) shall be left clean and free of debris.
