| Description | All material shall be approved by the Essex County Superintendent of Public Works or their authorized representative (ECDPW) prior to purchase. Unsuitable material shall void this contract. If, in the past, material being bid has been rejected by the County; it will be up to the bidder to demonstrate that it now meets specifications before it will be accepted. Under this bid, the Contractor shall process and load sand and gravel products onto Essex County trucks. Accessibility and location of the gravel pits shall be considered when ordering from this specification. |
