River Edge Multi-Residential Townhomes / Resseville

The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: site work and new construction of a 4,704 square-foot, five-unit multi-residential development. As of January 5, 2023, a general has not yet been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. River Edge is located in Reeseville and consist of 5 duplexes, slab on grade wood construction, along with a dettached garage building. The site will also have a future daycare center onsite. The project will need site clearing which we plan on doing over the winter months. Construction will start late spring to early summer. This project will coincide with another project in Juneau called Sunset View that will consist of 15 duplexes. Pricing needs to be broken out per site as the Juneau site is using WHEDA tax credits.
