2023 City of Milford South Shore Estates Helen Avenue Reconstruction Project

Work to Be Done: Work generally consists of approximately 2,200 linear feet of existing street removal and replacement to include, but not limited to: - Grading, Excavation, Subgrade Preparation and Modified Subbase - Adjustment of Sanitary Sewer Structures - 7" P.C. Concrete Pavement - Pavement Removals - Storm Sewer Improvements - Temporary Traffic Control - Erosion Control Items All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
