Citywide Landscape Maintenance Services

Perform facility, grounds, and landscape maintenance of parks, beaches, trails, streetscapes, open space, facilities and all described areas including, but not limited to: mowing, trimming, pruning, fertilization, cultivation, weed control, plant disease and pest control, sweeping, cleaning, general repairs, irrigation and drainage systems testing and repair (including natural drainage features on the site), litter pick up, removal of pet waste, removal of illegal dumps, stormwater BMPs, organic park maintenance, trail surface management, erosion control and repair, signage installation, plant replacement and all other maintenance required to maintain the areas included in this CONTRACT in a safe, attractive and usable condition and maintain the plant material in good condition with horticultural acceptable growth and color. Work shall include services to provide maintenance and right-of-way abatement along the North County Transit District (NCTD) Railway Corridor. This area is owned by NCTD and maintained by the City of Encinitas under the Right of Entry Permit 235.1-241.1120- ROE-ENC. These services include, but will not be limited to, weed control, debris and litter removal, drainage maintenance and abatement, and all other maintenance required to maintain the areas included in this contract to guarantee they remain in a safe, attractive, and usable condition.
