PoP 12 months 1 EA (vi) Description of Requirement: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform inspection and certification of fall protection systems and associated hardware, as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Massachusetts Air National Guard, located at Barnes ANGB, Westfield, MA, is in need of a vendor to perform preventative maintenance and inspection in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations, OSHA 1910.66, ANSI Z359.0, ANSI Z359.1, 29 CFR Appendix C, 29 CFR 1910 Subpart D, AFMAN 91-203, and TO 00-25-245 on all Fall Protection Systems and associated hardware located in Hangars 13, 15, 19, 23, 27A, and 27B to maintain serviceability of all system components.
