Spot curb and gutter, guardrail and culverts will be replaced. Curb ramps will be reconstructed in Hilbert. Major tasks include preliminary design, review of environmental impacts, final design, and PS&E preparation. Advertised Fixed Fee %: : 7.25 The fixed fee for this contract will apply an indirect cost factor of 150% to the consultant's estimated direct labor, regardless of the consultant's actual indirect rate.
